Kajabi quickly launches accounting integrations with Stripe Connect embedded components for Apps

Kajabi helps entrepreneurs build sustainable online businesses through digital products, serving more than 100,000 creators who have generated $8 billion in revenue.

Challenge

Creators lacked direct integration between Kajabi Payments and accounting software, forcing manual data entry for financial reconciliation and business monitoring tasks.

Solution

Kajabi implemented Stripe's embedded components for Apps to integrate Xero accounting software. Using Stripe Connect technology, Kajabi added just two lines of code to embed the Xero app directly into its platform.

Impact

Kajabi completed the Xero integration in 6 weeks versus the typical 6–12 months. Creators now save 10 hours monthly. Kajabi was able to add a second app, QuickBooks Sync by Acodei, in just four weeks.

How Woo partnered with Stripe to launch payments

WooCommerce is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in the world, enabling WordPress businesses to sell and manage orders directly from their websites.

Canadian Red Cross increases recurring donor revenue by 24% with Stripe and Fundraise Up

The Canadian Red Cross helps people and communities in Canada and globally, serving more than 250,000 individual donors annually through its humanitarian and disaster relief programs.

Challenge

CRC's donation platform didn't integrate well with other tools and lacked mobile-friendly options. It needed seamless migration for existing donors while adding fraud prevention.

Solution

CRC partnered with Fundraise Up and Stripe Payments to modernize donations. It implemented AI-powered donation forms, added Apple Pay and Google Pay and used Stripe Radar for fraud prevention.

Impact

CRC has seen a 24% increase in monthly donor revenue and improved donor experience. Digital wallets have driven $2.3 million CAD in new revenue with 99% donor retention.
